锂离子电池正极材料非计量氧化锂锰的缺陷模型 被引量:7

DEFECT MODEL OF NONSTOICHIOMETRIC Li1-xMn2-yO4 OF LITHIUM ION BATTERY CATHODE MATERIAL

摘要 采用Pechini法制成作为锂离子正极材料的氧化锂锰.通过对不同温度下制得样中Mn和Li的含量及价态分析,综合XRD数据,提出了非计量氧化模锰的缺陷模型,即缺金属模型[Li1-x□x]8a[Mn(Ⅲ)pMn(Ⅳ)q□y]16dO4并探讨了该结构与其电化学性能的关系,当Li的空位缺陷量x≈0.3且Mn的空位缺陷量y≈0.1时,制得材料的比容量达127.8mA·h·g-1. Spinel lithium manganese oxide was prepared by Pechini process under different calcining temperatures. Combined with the content of metals, valence of Mn in the compound and XRD data of the species, a metal deficient model [Li,-x□x]8a[Mn(Ⅲ)pMn(Ⅳ),q□y]16dO4, has been put up. The relationshipbetween structure and electrochemical properties of the material has been discussed and the specific capacity has been measured to be 127.8 mA·h·g-1 as x ≈0.3, y≈0.1 in the model.
