摘要
采用快淬及热处理工艺,通过复合添加Dy和Ga,制备了高磁性能的Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe纳米晶双相复合永磁合金合金最佳磁性能为:Jr=1.161T(11.6kGs),Hci=580.50hA/m(7.30kOe)和(BH)max=162.7kJ/m3(20.5MGs·Oe)该合金成分为Nd7.5Dy1Fe85B4.5Ga2,其显微组织由晶粒尺寸约为32nm的硬磁相Nd2Fe14B和16nm左右的软磁相α-Fe组成该合金存在显著的剩磁增强效应,剩磁比Jr/Js=0.754.
The nanocomposite Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe magnets with high magnetic properties have been prepared by adding Dy and Ga, rapid quenching and post heat treatment. The best magnetic properties of Jr=1.161 T (11.6 kGs), Hci=580.50 kA/m (7.30 hOe), and (BH)max=162.7 kJ/m3(20.5 MGs·Oe) are achieved. The composition of the alloy with optimal properties is Nd7.5Dy1Fe85B4.5Ga2. Microstructures of the alloy are composed of Nd2Fe14B hard magnetic phase and α-Fe soft magnetic phase with the grain sizes of 32 urn and 16 nm, respectively. There is a remarkable remance enhancement in this alloy and the ratio of remance Jr/Js=0.754.
