摘要
综述各种电能计量的工作原理和构造,分析比较它们在电能计量中的优缺点和适用范围。根据电网供用电的现状和发展需要,探讨在谐波环境下及瞬时性的暂态信号的电能计量原理。
The principle and structure of various kinds of electric energy meters are formulated,and their advantages and shortages are analyzed and compared.Basing on the existing situations and future development of power network supply and utilities,the electric energy metering principle under harmonics and instant transient signals is approached.
