摘要
针对各通道间存在的耦合和外力扰动作用,以及工况和负载的复杂多变性,以四缸同步系统为例,应用了模型参考模糊自适应控制。根据被控对象和参考模型的输出偏差和偏差的变化来调整PI控制器的比例系数和积分系数,即通过模糊推理实时地调节PI参数,使受控系统的输出趋近于参考模型输出。仿真结果表明:该方法比传统PID控制能更有效的抑制各通道间的耦合和外力扰动作用,提高了系统的鲁棒性和同步精度。
Considering the coupling of each channel,the effect of external disturbances,and the complexity and variability of the operation condition and load,a model reference fuzzy adaptive control is proposed for the four-cylinder synchronous system.The parameters of the PI controller are adjusted on-line according to the error and its change of the controlled system and the reference model by means of the fuzzy inference.So,the output of the controlled system can approach the output of the reference model.The simulation results show that the method reject coupling between the channels and the external disturbances more effectively than the conventional PID control,and it improves the robustness and synchronization accuracy of the system.
