试论南宋名宦汪纲对绍兴城市建设的贡献

On Wang Gang's Contribution to the Urban Construction of Shaoxing City

南宋名宦汪纲在两任绍兴知府期间,从绍兴城市发展的长远考虑,进行了一次有规划、有组织的大规模城市建设。由此完善了绍兴城市的厢坊建置、街衢布局与河道分布,为绍兴城市的可持续发展起到了奠基和推进作用。

During his two terms of being the magistrate of Shaoxing Prefecture,Wang Gang,eminent Southern Song Dynasty official,made scientific plans and implemented a large-scale urban construction which was officially recorded in history in order to develop Shaoxing in the long run.As a result,the structuring of wing-room construction,the layout of streets and avenues,and the distribution of rivers gets comprehensively improved,which lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Shaoxing City.
