摘要
点火波形是发动机点火系工作时点火线圈初级、次级电流及电压随时间(或曲轴转角)变化的关系在专用示波器上的显示,它实时反映了点火系的工作状况,次级点火波形分析是现代汽车故障诊断常用方法,对次级点火标准波形及故障波形进行了分析,并以典型的故障波形案例说明了如何运用次级点火波形进行汽车故障诊断。
Ignition waveform reflects the relationship between the variation of primary,secondary electrical current and voltage of ignition coil and the time or crankshaft turn angle of engine during operation of the engine ignition system,which is displayed on a single purpose oscilloscope and can show working mode of the ignition system in real time.Secondary ignition waveform analysis is a common method of fault diagnosis of modern vehicles.In this article,the author analyzes the standard waveforms and fault waveform of ignition system and uses a typical fault waveform case to illustrate how to use the secondary ignition waveform for automobile fault diagnosis.
