基于高职学生成才规律的品格素养培养机制研究

Study on Vocational College Students' Development Law and Character Literacy Cultivating Mechanism

高等职业教育所培养的学生,既要具有一定的专业技能,又应具备相当的品格素养。素养培养需要渗透式的教育方法,因此,以学生为本,了解高职学生需求,尊重和遵循学生成长成才规律,构建高职学生品格素养培养机制,实现学生的全面发展,是我们在高职教育中应该努力探索的课题。

The students who are cultivated by vocational college education should both have professional skills and considerable character literacy.And character literacy needs the infiltrating educational methods.Therefore,we should establish vocational students＇ character literacy cultivating mechanism and achieve comprehensive development of the students on the basis of knowing their demands and respecting and following their development law,which is the way we should make efforts to explore in vocational college.
