Higher vocational education model will change from traditional discipline-oriented model to employment-oriented model.With the deep reform of education model,the curriculum,teaching materials,teaching methods and teaching staff of higher vocational education have to change.The construction of ＂double-competency＂ teaching staff,who are the implementers of teaching,is particularly important.By cooperating with related enterprise,teachers can participate in the production process and experience enterprise culture personally,which is a good way for the self-improvement of higher vocational teachers.
