摘要
中小物流企业是我国目前物流市场的执行主体,其存在的“弱、小、散、差”等问题已成为制约我国物流业做大做强的瓶颈;同时,面对外资企业的压迫式竞争和顾客需求层次的不断提升,我国物流企业亟需快速形成品牌、技术和网络三方面的竞争优势,占据市场真正的主动权。自愿连锁物流联盟是一种新的物流组织形式,不仅有利降低规模扩张中的经营风险;同时又具有比传统的物流联盟和虚拟物流组织更大的网络扩张和资源整合能力,能有效提高行业的集中度和资源利用率,是企业实现快速发展的一条捷径。本文主要是对构建自愿连锁物流联盟的必要性和存在的困难进行分析。
