高校专任教师兼职现象的调查与分析——以广州市高校教师为例

The Analysis of Teachers in the University Taking Part-time Job in Guangzhou Area

广州地区高校教师兼职是较为普遍的现象,教师兼职是出于什么原因,对兼职的看法如何,对学校兼职管理又持什么态度,对于这些问题本文进行了问卷调查与分析,并对研究结果进行讨论。

The teachers in the university taking part in part - time work are widespread. The reasons of teachers taking part - time work, the attitude towards the teaeher＇s taking part time and the schools management are the main reasons to this papers research. On the basis of those, I do survey and discuss the problems of teacher＇s taking part time work.
