摘要
旅游业是一个综合性的产业,其中涉及的各个组织或群体都来自不同的行业和部门,具有分散性和复杂性。并且不同的组织或群体都有各自的利益指向和目标,大多数时候这些利益指向和目标是难以协调的。本文从和谐旅游的角度剖析了与旅游景区有直接影响关系的五个关键利益相关者,包括政府、旅游企业(投资商)、旅游景区规划专家、旅游者和当地社区,又以两两关系的方法分析了他们之间不和谐的利益表现,最后提出了一些相关建议。
Tourism is a comprehensive industry with dispersion and complexity, in which all the various organizations or groups involved are from different industries and sectors. And different organizations or groups have their own interests and goals, which are difficult to assort with in most cases. This article analyzes the profits among the five key stakeholders which have direct relationship with tourist attractions from angle of harmonious tourism, including government, tourism enterprises (investors) , and scenic spot planning experts, tourists and local communities. In addition, the author analyzes the disharmony between them, and finally puts forward some relevant recommendations.
