基于CT数据的轮廓线提取

摘要 医学图像的三维重建中,边缘轮廓线的提取起着关键的作用.针对头部医学CT数据,分析其数据格式,并对其进行数据格式转化,对转化后的数据采取图像平滑、颜色调整与直方图均衡化等图像预处理操作,最后在分析图像预处理后数据的基础上提出双阈值分割的方法来提取轮廓线数据,实现较好的提取效果. Contour extracting is important in reconstruction of medical images. This paper analyzes the data format of the CT data and transformed the format of it. Then, it used image smoothing, color modulating and histogram equalizing to deal with the transformed data. At last, we offered a new image segmentation method to extract the contour by two thresholds, and it obtained good effect.
