This paper studies the origination and development of a traditional martial art, Heart Mind Six Harmony, especially of Henan School of this martial art. The focus is a thorough description on the major components of Heart Mind Six Harmony. And also this paper introduces the relations of ＂Four Thumps＂ and ＂Ten Real Shapes＂ in Ma Family Heart Mind Six Harmony, and explains at length the ＂Ten Real Shapes＂.
