摘要
目的探讨丙戊酸钠(VPA)与卡马西平(CBZ)对脑电活动的影响。方法对单独应用VPA或CBZ治疗,且临床上发作已被控制的患儿进行脑电图(EEG)和脑电地形图检查。结果①VPA治疗组可使间歇期痫样活动(IEA)消失或减少500%以上达690%,而CBZ治疗组仅为440%。同时CBZ治疗组临床发作虽已被控制但IEA明显增多有4例,VPA治疗组则未见此现象。②VPA治疗组对脑电背景活动影响不明显,而CBZ可引起α波活动减少,θ波、δ波活动增加,治疗前后均具有显著性差异。③CBZ治疗组α1频段的相对功率及θ频段绝对功率和相对功率,其治疗前后比较经t检验,P值分别<005,<005,<001;而在VPA治疗组仅见θ频段相对功率在治疗前后有显著差异,P值<001。结论CBZ可使脑电背景活动变慢,甚至IEA增加。
Objective To explore the effect of VPA and CBZ(valproate and carbamazepine) on the electroencephaletro activity.Methods EEG and EEG mapping examinations were carried out in patients with controlled epilepsy and treated with VPA or CBZ.Results ①The intermittent epilepsy activity disappeared or was reduced by more than 50% accounted for 69 0% in the VPA therapy group,however,in the CBZ group,the percentage was only 44 0%.At the same time,in the CBZ group,there were 4 cases with apparent increase of (interictal epileptiform activity)IEA,although with their clinic episode controlled.However,that wasn't seen in the VPA group.②There weren't apparent effect on the electroencephalous back ground activity;however,CBZ could reduce the α activity and increase the θ activity with significant difference before and after the therapy.③In the CBA therapy group,the relative power of α 1,the relative power and the absolute power of the θ frequency band were examined by test,and their P value was<0 05,<0 05,and <0 01,respectively.However,in the VPA group,significant difference before and after the therapy was only seen in the θ frequency band (P<0 01 ).Conclusion CBZ could slow down the electroencephalous background activity,even increase the IEA.However,it was unmarked in the VPA group.
