摘要
目的运用PDCA循环管理,减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。方法将重症监护病房2007年应用呼吸机患者设为对照组,2008年应用呼吸机患者设为试验组,对试验组应用PDCA循环管理模式管理。结果呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率、死亡率由2007年的46.0%、32.0%,降至为2008年19.5%、21.1%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=52.74,P<0.01);应用呼吸机患者的平均治疗费用2007年为45 728元,2008年为38 707元,下降率为15.4%。结论通过PDCA循环管理,使应用呼吸机患者呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率大大降低,是一种科学、有效的管理方法 。
OBJECTIVE To use the PDCA cycle management to reduce the ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).METHODS The ventilator application in an intensive care unit in 2007 was set as a control group,and that in 2008 as an test group which was managed with use of the PDCA cycle model.RESULTS The ratio of infection and mortality rate reduced from 46.0% and 32.0% in 2007 to 19.5% and 21.1% in 2008 with was statistically significant differences.The average treatment cost was 45728 yuan in 2007 and 38707 yuan in 2008,the rate of decreasing was 15.4%.CONCLUSION Using PDCA cycle management can greatly decrease the infection ratio due to ventilator applications,it is an effective and scientific means.
