PDCA循环在新生儿重症监护病房医院感染管理中的应用

Application of PDCA for Nosocomial Infection Management in NICU

目的探讨新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)医院感染管理模式,提高NICU医院感染的管理质量,有效预防与控制医院感染。方法运用PDCA循环法收集资料、找出存在问题,分析原因、制定整改措施,组织督促措施实施、检查和持续改进。结果实施PDCA循环法后,我院NICU医院感染管理各项措施落实到位,符合《临床医院感染管理学》中新生儿的医院感染管理标准要求,环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测结果 ,符合《消毒技术规范》(2002版)标准要求。结论应用PDCA循环法于NICU医院感染管理中,可有效预防与控制医院感染,避免发生新生儿医院感染暴发流行。

OBJECTIVE To explore the mode of nosocomial infection management in NICU and improvement of management quality,so as to prevent and control nosocomial infection effectively.METHODS Take up PDCA procedure,collect materials,find out matters,analyze the causes,make out measures on promotion,supervise the practice and persist in check and improvement.RESULTS After taken up the above methods,all measures had been put into practice,which met the standards of nosocomial infection management on neonates nursing in clinical management,pass the inspection of environmental hygiene and monitoring on disinfection and sterilization,and met the standards of Technical Standard for Disinfection（version 2002）.CONCLUSION PDCA for NICU nosocomial infection management can prevent and control it effectively,and avoid its epidemic outbreak among neonates.
