加强医院消毒供应室的监测及管理工作

Hospital Antisepsis in Sterilization and Supply Room:Strengthening Its Monitoring and Management

目的加强医院消毒供应室的环节质量管理,确保无菌物品的质量,预防医院感染的发生。方法由院感染控制科、护理部、科室护士长检查和考评各环节工作质量是否符合消毒供应中心质量标准的要求。结果完善了各项规章制度、操作规程,加强了供应室护士的培训及消毒灭菌监测,有效的控制医院感染的发生。结论健全各项工作制度及管理制度,严格按标准要求实施操作,提高消毒供应室工作质量。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the quality management of hospital antisepsis,ensure the quality of aseptic supply,and prevent hospital infection.METHODS The hospital infection control department,nursing department and head nurse of departments inspected and appraiseed the quality of every links to determine the measures whether or not met the requirement of quality standards for antisepsis supply center.RESULTS Improving various rules and regulations,operating procedures,strengthening the sterilization and supply room nurse training and monitoring of sterilization,to effectively control the hospital infection.CONCLUSION Improving the working system,management system and operating in strict accordance with the standards to improve the quality of work in sterilization and supply room.
