Continuous Quality Improvement in Application of WAYWIN-2000 Endoscope Sterilizer

目的为了使WAYWIN-2000内镜灭菌器保持正常的运行,保证手术器械的灭菌质量。方法严格执行灭菌器的维护和保养制度,规范器械的清洗灭菌流程,随时进行质量跟踪,发现问题,立即进行持续质量改进。结果在灭菌器运行28个月后出现了器械灭菌质量问题,及时改进,使腔镜手术顺利开展,未发生手术并发症。结论在执行常规化的灭菌器消毒质量管理时,必须进行持续质量改进,才能确保持久的质量安全。

OBJECTIVE To maintain the normal operation of WAYWIN-2000 endoscope sterilizer and to ensure the quality of sterilization of surgical instruments.METHODS Care and maintenance system of the sterilizer should be carried out strictly,cleaning and sterilization process of equipments should be standardized and the quality must be tracked at any time,continuous quality improvement should be made immediately when identified problems.RESULTS After the sterilizer run for 28 months,there were some problems with the quality of instrument sterilization,but the improvements were made timely,so the development of succedent laparoscopic surgery went smoothly without the occurrence of postoperative complications.CONCLUSION It is neccesary to make continuous quality improvement to ensure the enduring quality and safety when implementing the routine quality control of the sterilizer disinfection.
