乡镇卫生院手术室医院感染管理现状及监控对策

Current Management and Surveillance Measures of Nosocomial Infection in Operating Room of Rural Hospitals

目的加强乡镇卫生院手术室的医院感染管理工作,预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法对区域内二级以下乡镇卫生院手术室感染管理现状进行调查和分析。结果手术室医院感染管理工作中存在手术室环境不合理、组织不健全、领导不重视、医务人员缺乏医院感染相关知识、消毒灭菌不规范等不安全医疗隐患。结论乡镇卫生院手术室是医院感染管理工作中的一个薄弱环节,对乡镇卫生院手术室医院感染,必须实行规范化管理。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of nosocomial infection in the operating room of the rural hospitals,to prevent and control the infection.METHODS The current situation of nosocomial infection in rural hospitals below Class 2 was investigated and analyzed.RESULTS The main problems of the managements were the irrational environment of the operating room,distempered organization,indifference of the leaders,lack of the infection knowledge and non-standard disinfection,and so on.CONCLUSION The management of the nosocomial infection in the operating room is weak,standardized management of the nosocomial infection in the operating room must be implemented in rural hospitals.
