实现职业教育与普通教育均衡发展的思考——基于人才供需矛盾的视角

Thinking on Achieving Balanced Development of General and Vocational Education System——Based on the Perspective of Conflict between Educational Supply and Personnel Demand

通过对我国现阶段教育供给与人才需求之间的矛盾分析认为,高层次应用型人才的培养落后于经济发展的需要,而传统教育体系中普通教育与职业教育的非均衡发展是造成这一问题的主要原因之一。建议我国逐步建立普通学校教育和职业学校教育互相衔接、并行发展的教育体系和人才培养体系,使教育供给更好地满足社会需求。

Analysis on the conflict between educational supply and personnel demand in China,and the conclusion is,the cultivation of high-level applied talents is lagging behind economic development demand,and the unbalanced development of general education and vocational education in traditional education system is one of the main reasons result in the problem. Therefore,China should try to establish the education system and talent cultivation system of general education and vocational education coordinating with each other and parallel development to make educational supply better meet the needs of society.
