落实责任 应对挑战 推进义务教育均衡发展

Implementing Responsibility and Coping with Challenge to Promote the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education

国家发展和改革委员会按照党中央和国务院要求,在发展规划、资源配置和政策环境等方面,采取有效措施努力推进城乡间、区域间、学校间义务教育均衡发展。但目前总体看,义务教育均衡发展仍面临一些困难和挑战。今后推进义务教育均衡发展,政府责任要落到实处,督导检查要有的放矢,学校标准化建设要立足长远,薄弱环节要集中突破,扶持民办学校要同步跟进。

In accordance to the requirement of the Central Government and the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission has carried out efficient countermeasures to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in the urban and rural areas, in different regions and schools in the aspects of development plan, resources allocation and policy environment, etc. However, by and large, the balanced development of compulsory education still has some difficulties and challenges. To promote the balanced development of compulsory education in the future, the government should implement the responsibility properly, the supervision and inspection should have a definite object in view, the standardization construction should base itself on long-term object, the weak links should be strengthened concentratedly, the support to private schools should be followed-up synchronically.
