Survey Report on Subject Development in"Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of National Educational Sciences

摘要 "十一五"期间,全国教育科学规划课题研究以育人为本的素质教育研究影响全社会,教育公平研究取得重大突破,教育质量研究不断深入,终身教育体系和学习型社会研究具有前瞻性,国际教育竞争力研究受到关注,教育改革理论研究受到空前重视。在重大现实问题研究方面,基础教育课程与教学改革研究继续深入,农村教育问题研究成为热点,高等教育大众化时期大学生就业问题研究持续增多,增强职业教育吸引力研究逐渐兴起,学前教育发展研究备受重视,民族教育研究不断拓展,德育和心理健康教育研究继续发展,教师专业发展研究更加关注实践。总体上,通过不断完善教育科研管理体系,研究质量逐步提高,社会影响不断扩大,优秀科研团队日益壮大,有力促进了教育科研的协调发展。同时,也存在低水平重复现象突出,研究主题不系统,研究内容不深入,研究结论缺乏数据支撑,研究成果理论与实践相互脱离等问题,需要大力提升教育科研水平,进一步创新教育科研管理体制。 In the "Eleventh Five-year Plan", the planning project research of national educational sciences has achieved great progress as follows: based on cultivating people, quality-oriented education research has brought influence to the whole society; major breakthrough has been made in educational fairness research; educational quality research has seen further development; the research on life-long educational system and learning society is prospective; the research on international education competition has been concerned; the theoretical research on educational reform has been seriously paid attention to. As for the research on significant realistic issues, the research on curriculum and teaching in basic education has seen further development; the rural educational issues have become the hot topics; the research on employment issues of university undergraduates in the popularization era of higher education has been persistently increased; the research on how to enhance the attraction of vocational education has been aroused; the development of preschool education has been paid much more attention to; the research on national education has been expanded; the research on moral education and mental health education has seen further development; the research on teacher professional development has cared much more about practice. By and large, the coordinated development of educational scientific research has seen great progress with the constant improvement of educational management system, the gradual promotion of research quality, the constant expansion of social influence, as well as the constant development of excellent scientific research groups. At the same time, there are also some problems as follows: the low-level and redundant development of research is prominent; the research topics are not systematic; the research content is still not profound; the research result is lack of data support; the theory of research achievement is separated from practice, etc. Therefore, we should make further innovation on educational scientific research management system, and vigorously promote the level of educational scientific research.
