摘要
随着学校自主管理权的扩大,学校自我诊断被认为是学校管理走向科学化的重要方式,与传统的学校自我评估相比,它在价值取向、程序与方法,以及结果应用等方面更强调学校的自主性。国际上的学校自我诊断源于商业企业全面质量管理的理念与模型,强调学生的参与,强调有目的、周期性、系统而持续的数据、信息收集与分析,强调结果用于学校决策。借鉴相关国际经验,我们应该着力于从学生的视角深入收集信息,同时建立三角认证的多角度信息比较途径,并从学生的变化中建立动态信息机制,从而建立以学生为主体的学校自我诊断模式。
With the enlargement of school autonomous administrative power, school self-diagnosis (SSD) has been recognized as an important approach making school management transfer to scientification. Comparing with traditional school self-evaluation, SSD emphasizes more on the school's autonomy in terms of its value orientation, procedure, methods and results application. International SSD, coming from ideas and models of overall quality management in business, emphasizes students' involvement, data, information's collection and analysis with intention, periodicity, systematization, and continuance. International SSD also stresses applying results to decision-making. Learning from the related international experiences, information should be collected more on the part of students. At the same time, information compare route from different aspects and dynamic information system from the change of students should be established, so as to establish SSD mode with students' involvement.
