Study on the Technology-Economy Program of Eco-Industrial Park

摘要 本文突破传统的生态工业园评价指标体系,根据生态工业园的外部性特征,将其产品分为私人品和公共品,并分析了政府所能够发挥的激励作用,进而构建生态技术经济评价模型,设计了生态工业园技术经济评价的三个主要指标,这些指标不仅可以用于生态工业园的项目评价,而且为政府最大限度的支持生态工业园建设从理论上提供了一个定量测度的工具。 This paper breaks through the traditional evaluation index system of the eco-industrial park. According to the character of externality for eco-industrial park, we divide the product into private goods and public goods. And then we analyze the stimulating role the government plays to construct the eco-technology-economy evaluation model. We also design three main indicators of the model, which can not only evaluate the program of eco-industrial park, but also provide quantitative measurement theory for the government to support the eco-industrial park development to its largest extent.
