It points out that one-way traffic organization mode is a kind of less investment,rapid,simple operation of traffic management measures.Taking Linping old urban of Hangzhou as an example,summarize and analysis the city which has launched one-way traffic organization,whether reasonable,whether can be optimized,and summarize the negative impact of one-way traffic,in order to promote the transportation measures further.
