摘要
针对在控制性详细规划阶段开展交通影响评价工作的必要性,以《海口市海甸溪南岸中段控制性详细规划》为例,研究了控制性详细规划交通影响评价工作的技术方法,以使交通服务水平满足要求。
In light of the necessity of the traffic impact assessment at the controlling detailed planning stage,taking The Dominative Detailed Planning Of The Middle Section At The South Band Of Haidian River In Haikou City as an example,it studies technical means of the traffic impact assessment of regulatory detailed planning,so as to make the transport services meet the requirements.
