摘要
指出寻找能满足消费者功能需要的精装修方案成本控制模式,是商品房全面推行精装修进程里迫切需要解决的问题,为解决这个问题,基于价值工程原理,提出了住宅精装修方案的成本控制新模式,并用实例加以说明。
How to satisfy consumers＇ need for function and effectively control the cost of overall finishing decoration is an important issue for implementation of overall finishing decoration.So we build a new mode to control the cost of overall finishing decoration base on Value Engineering,and explain it by an example.
