Innovative Practical Teaching Reform Thinking and Practice of Communication Engineering Major

专业实习教学是培养大学生动手能力和创新能力的重要保证。本文以创新型人才培养新形势下传统实习教学的局限性为出发点,研究并阐述了实习教学改革的思路与阶段性实践成果,重点说明了构建创新型实习教学平台,实行创新人才实习教学改革的主要内容和基本经验,最后分析了目前还存在的主要问题及原因,为后续工作的开展奠定基础。

Professional practice teaching is an important guarantee to train students hands-on ability and innovative ability. Taking the limitations of the traditional practice teaching in the new situation of cultivating creative talent as a starting point, this paper studys and explains the practical teaching ideas and phasic practical results, focuses on building a platform of innovative practical teaching and the main content and basical experience of implementing innovative talent practical teaching reform, at last analyzes the major problems still existing and the reasons to lay the foundation to the follow-up work.
