在酒店日益激烈的竞争中,个性化服务越来越成为一个重要的因素。本文试图多视角、多层面对夜床服务进行研究,辨析对夜床服务的正确认识、阐述夜床服务的创新流程再造、思考夜床服务的个性化服务提供途径,以此提升酒店整体的核心竞争力。
In the increasingly fierce competition of hotel industry, individualized service is becoming an increasingly important factor. This paper attempts to carry out a multi-view, multilayer study of turndown service. It has developed a correct understanding of turndown service, analyzes an innovative process rebuilding of the turndown service, and provides approaches to individualized service. The purpose is to increase the holistie core competiveness of hotel.
