我国高速公路行业正处于产业的扩张期,面临着持续繁荣的契机。目前资金短缺和资金使用率低成为制约我国高速公路发展的瓶颈。本文首先介绍了我国高速公路发展的现状,从高速公路的准公益性、商品性、投资特点等方面进行探索;其次对我国高速公路建设投融资政策现状及问题进行了分析;最后就我国高速公路投融资政策的发展方向提出了自己的意见和建议,希望缓解高速公路资金紧张的局面。

China＇ s freeway sector is in the time of industry expansion and continuous prosperity. The current shortage of funds and low efficiency use of funds restrict the development of China＇ s freeway. In view of this situation, it is important to study China＇ s freeway investment and financing policies in the current situation and existing problems, to explore China＇ s freeway policies reforming directions of investment and financing.
