高校构建产学研合作保障机制的研究

产学研合作是指企业、高等学校和科研机构本着优势互补、互利互惠、共同发展的原则所进行的合作与交流。本文通过研究发达国家在成果转化及产业化方面的成功经验,并针对我国目前高校产学研合作创新开展的现状,分析高校如何建立一个相对完善的推动产学研合作的高校保障机制。

Production-study-research Cooperation is a kind of cooperation and exchange based on the principle of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and common development. Through researching successful experiences of developed countries on the achievement transformation and industrialization and aiming at the status of innovation on production-study-research cooperation in China＇s universities, this paper analyzes how a university establishes a relatively perfect university safeguard mechanism promoting production-study-research cooperation.
