提高某铜选厂一段选铜回收率的新工艺试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study on New One Stage Separating Technology to Improve the Recovery of Copper in Mineral Processing Plant

摘要 随着矿山资源的不断开采,入选矿石品位逐渐下降,为了提高有价元素的回收率,中矿再磨是行之有效的方法之一。在某铜选厂铜粗精矿品位不低于现场指标的前提下,采用浮选中矿选择性分级再磨新工艺进行选矿试验,铜粗精矿回收率从86.99提高至89.93%,通过试验探索了新工艺原矿和中矿的浓度、细度以及药剂制度等工艺条件,运用反光显微镜、解离度分析等手段对新工艺原理进行分析和研究,发现浮选中矿选择性分级再磨新工艺可以不断循序渐进的对粗颗粒中矿进行分级、磨矿、浮选,形成磨浮大循环、大闭路磨矿,中矿粗颗粒返回再磨过程中解离度增加,有用矿物浮选时间延长,浮选效率随之升高。 With continued exploitation of mineral resources,the grade of run-of-mine ore is declining in some mine,the regrinding of middling is one of effective methods to increase the recovery of valuable elements in the ore.On the premise that the grade of rough copper concentrate is not lower than the indexes obtained on the producing site,the experimentation of selective regrinding of flotation middling(SRTM) was carried out,and the recovery of rough copper concentrate was increased from 86.99% to 89.93%.By experimenting,the process conditions of the new technology SRTM was sought after,such as pulp density and fineness of run-of-mine ore and middling,and reagent system.The principle of the new technology was studied by using reflecting microscope and liberation analysis,it was found that in the process of selective classification,regrinding and flotation of flotation middling coarser middling was grinded,classified and floated gradually and continuously,and a big closed-circuit cycle of grinding-floating was formed,the liberation degree of minerals increased,the flotation time of useful minerals extended,the efficiency of flotation increased.
