摘要
对国内外ATS计量技术的研究现状进行全面分析,阐述了ATS的计量特性,分析了ATS计量技术涉及的原理、方法以及溯源问题。最后,提出了ATS计量技术存在的问题进行解决方法,并展望其发展趋势。
This paper comprehensively researched on domestic and foreign status about ATS metrology technology, expatiated ATS metrology characteristic, analyzed the theory, method and origin of ATS metrology technology. Finally, this paper presented the exiting problem and its solution, then prospected the development trend.
