摘要
介绍了利用双向旋转球磨机对硫化锑进行超细化处理的工艺技术。通过实验,分析了双向旋转球磨机工作时的投料量、酒精加入量、球料比、外筒体转速、研磨时间等工艺参数对硫化锑产品粒度的影响,并得出了最佳工艺条件,按此工艺条件制备的硫化锑产品,其粒度均能达到D90<10μm,可满足延期药生产的技术要求。
This paper introduces a process technology of making antimony trisuifide ultrafine using bidirectional revolving ball mill.By experiment,the influences of the amount of material feed,the addition of alcohol,the ratio of ball to powder,milling time and the rotational speed rate of outer cylinder etc on the particle size of antimony trisulfide powder were analyzed,the optimum process conditions were searched out.The particle size the antimony trisulfide powder that was prepared under the optimum process conditions achieves D90 10μm,can meet the technical requirements of delay composition production.
