摘要
为了获取高重复频率、陡前沿高压脉冲电源,将LCC串并联谐振变换器用作高压脉冲发生器的充电电源。分析了LCC串并联谐振变换器在电流断续模式下的工作模态,给出了逆变器的参数设计原则。用PSIM对高压脉冲电源进行仿真分析和实验分析,并验证了设计思想的正确性。
In order to obtain a frequency--adjustable and steep--risetime high voltage pulse, this paper proposed the charging technique of high voltage pulsed power supply based on the LCC series-parallel resonant converter. It analyzed LCC resonant con- verter work model in discontinuous current mode, and the design principle was also proposed. The simulation and experiment results indicated the correctness of the design idea.
