摘要
介绍一种建筑钢筋全自动焊接系统,采用埋弧焊的焊接方式,利用大功率器件IGBT、逆变技术和可编程逻辑器件,构成了一种新型的弧焊逆变电源;通过VHDL语言对PLD进行编程,并给出了PWM的仿真波形。结果表明,使用VHDL设计PWM波形,控制精度高,控制方式灵活,能够调整功率开关管的死区时间,有效地保护开关管安全工作,提高了焊接效率。
This paper introduces an automatic mutual welding system, which is used of arc welding. There is a new-style arc-welding inverter, using powerful component IGBT and invert technique and programmable logic device (PLD). The stimulating and testing results show that PWM waveforms realized by VHDL possess good adjustable ,flexible control property,effectively protect the safety switch to raise the efficiency of the welding.
