《伤寒论》“为传也”新诠

New Explanation of “Progress of Disease” in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

多数医家在解释《伤寒论》第４条“为传也”时，认为是传少阳、阳明；《伤寒论讲义》虽不落窠臼，解释为“病邪入里”传变，似还浅了一层。作者资于训诂，稽引旁证，认为“为传也”乃是太阳病邪陷少阴。寓意在警启学者，虽外感病初期，邪气亦可随时陷入少阴的危险境地。

Abstract When explaining Item 4 “Progress of Disease”in Treatise on Febrile Disease,most of the medical workers hold that it refers to the progress of disease into Shaoyang Channels and Yangmin Channel.In Exposition of Treatise on Febrile Disease,the explanation of“progress of pathogenic factors inward”,which is distinctive,still seems somewhat superficial.The author,having consulted a lot of reference,expressed his opinion that“progress of disease” refers to the pathogenic factors of Taiyang Channels progressing into Shaoyin Channels,which tends to arouse the medical workers to be alarm to the danger that the pathogenic factors,though in the early stage of exopathy,may progress further at all times.
