摘要
研究了不同盐类对茧层丝胶溶解性能的影响,采用不同质量分数的盐溶解茧层丝胶,用考马斯亮蓝法测定溶液中丝胶蛋白的质量浓度。结果表明:氯化钠、硫酸钠、氯化镁、亚硝酸钠对茧层丝胶溶解性能的影响随着盐液质量分数的增加呈先促进后抑制的趋势,在氯化钠质量分数为0.8%、硫酸钠质量分数为1.5%、氯化镁质量分数为2.0%、亚硝酸钠质量分数为2%~7%时,丝胶的溶解度达到最大值;氯化钙的影响规律则不同,随着质量分数的增加,茧层丝胶的溶解度不断上升。由此可见,不同的盐类对茧层丝胶溶解性能的影响不同。
This paper investigated the effects of different salts with various concentrations on the solubility of sericin on raw silk filaments.The mass concentration of sericin protein was tested with Coomassie Breiliant Blue G-250,and the results showed that when sodium chloride,sodium sulfate,magnesium chloride,and sodium nitrite were used to dissolve sericin,increasing their concentration increased the solubility firstly and then inhibited the solubility.The maximum solubility of sericin occurred when mass fraction of sodium chloride,sodium sulfate,magnesium chloride,sodium nitrite were 0.8%,1.5%,2.0%,and 2% to 7% respectively.However,the case with calcium chloride was different.Solubility of sericin increased continuously with the increasing of its concentration.It can be seen from this that influence of different salts on the solubility of sericin on raw silk filaments was different.
