梁贻俊运用补阳还五汤治疗疑难杂病的经验

Liang Yijun’s Experience in Application of Buyang Huanwu Tang in the Treatment of Difficult and Complicated Cases

梁贻俊教授在临证中遵循异病同治的原则，运用补阳还五汤重用补气之品并加水蛭、桑枝、丝瓜络等治疗高颈段脊髓病；加水蛭、穿山甲、附子、炮姜等治疗双下肢深静脉炎；少用补气之品加水蛭、女贞子、旱莲草、玄参等治疗原发性血小板增多症；加桂枝、丝瓜络、党参治疗冠心病频发室性早搏；加桂枝、藿香、熟地黄等治疗慢性肾盂肾炎等病，疗效显著。

Professor Liang Yijun,acting on the principle of treating different diseases whth the same therapeutic principle in his clinical differentiation of symptoms,obtained noticeable therapeutic effect by making use of Buyang Huan wu Tang with modification of more medicines of supplementing qi added with Hirudo,Ramulus Mori,Retinervus Luffae Fructus,etc.to treat myelopathy of neck;added withHirudo Squama Manitis,Radix Aconiti praeparata,baked ginger,etc.to treat deep phlebitis in the lower limbs;with modification of less medicines of supplementing qi added with Hirudo,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Herba Ecliptae,Radix Scrophulariae, etc.
