摘要
通过对精梳机纤维输入与输出的分析,提出了利用输入输出纤维质量长度分布以及落纤率来计算纤维断裂率的方法。分析了精梳机输入和输出纤维根数应该满足的关系式,根据断裂使输出纤维根数增加的原理,导出了表征纤维断裂状况的断裂比和断裂率。计算中只需要检测纤维长度的分布和落纤率。将此方法运用到精梳机的纤维断裂比计算,得到了精梳机纤维断裂程度的有效描述。实算结果表明,一般精梳机造成的纤维断裂率在1.6%~3.6%之间。该计算原理可推广到普梳、牵伸的纤维断裂比计算中。
Through analyzing the fiber input and output of a comber,a measurement of fiber breakage in combing is achieved by calculating fiber length distribution by weight and noil percentage.The equation for satisfying the number requirement of the input and output fibers is discussed.The basic principle is the fact that the number of fibers will increase after fiber breakage in combing.The measurements such as fiber breakage percentage and fiber breakage rate tage are defined.The test and calculation only use the fiber length distribution and noil percentage.The method is applied to the comber processing evaluation and has achieved an accurate description of the fiber breakage.Real calculation indicated that a common comber can causes fiber breakage percentage ranging from 1.6% to 3.6 %.The proposed fiber breakage measurement also can be used in other fiber processing system,such as carding and drafting.
