壳聚糖/铝矾土复合絮凝剂处理染色废水的研究 被引量:11

摘要 利用壳聚糖/铝矾土复合絮凝剂对活性艳红X3B和还原大红R模拟废水进行絮凝脱色处理。考察了复合絮凝剂用量、pH值、搅拌速率、搅拌时间等因素对脱色率的影响。实验结果表明,复合絮凝剂的脱色效果明显优于单独使用壳聚糖或铝矾土。在染料质量浓度为100 mg/L,pH值为5的条件下,用量为1.25 g/L时,3种质量比的复合絮凝剂对活性艳红X3B的脱色率分别达到75%、90%和97%以上;而在用量为0.5 g/L时,3种质量比的复合絮凝剂对还原大红R的脱色率均可达到100%。同时铝矾土具有很好的可重复利用性,重复使用3次的铝矾土复合絮凝剂对活性艳红X3B的脱色率仍高于94%。 Simulated decoloration treatment of dye wastewater from Reactive Brilliant Red X3B and Vat Scarlet R was performed with chitosan /bauxite composite flocculant,and the effects of dosage of composite flocculant,pH,stirring speed and stirring time on decoloration ratio were investigated.The results showed that chitosan /bauxite composite flocculant has a better performance in decoloration of wastewater than chitosan or bauxite used alone.When concentration of dye 100 mg /L,pH = 5,and dosage of composite flocculant 1.25 g /L,three kinds of mass ratios of chitosan-bauxite achieve decoloration ratio for X3B up to 75%,90% and 97% respectively.When dosage of composite flocculant is 0.5 g /L under the same conditions,the three kinds of mass ratios of chitosan-bauxite achieve decoloration ratio for R up to 100%.Bauxite has very good recyclic use property.The decoloration ratio of X3B with the 3rd recycled composite flocculant of bauxite still achieves above 94%.
