摘要
目的:优选续断、威灵仙和槲寄生乙醇合并提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以醇浸膏得率、皂苷Ⅵ和齐墩果酸提取率为考察指标,并进行多指标综合评分,优化提取条件。结果:续断、威灵仙和槲寄生的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇,加10倍量醇,提取2次,每次1h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行。
OBJECTIVE To develop an optimized extractive technique of the Dipsacus asperoides,Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Viscum coloratura Nakai. METHODS Orthogonal experimental design was used for the optimisation of extracting process. The dried extract quantity and the contents of saponins Ⅵ and oleanolic acid were used as the indices. Data processing was earried out with the multiple grading method for optimising the extraction condition. RESULTS The optimal extracting condition was found to be successively 2 decoctions with 10 times of 70% alcohol for 1 h. CONCLUSION The optimal process is stable and feasible.
