复方雌三醇阴道生物黏附膜治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of compound estriol vaginal bioadhesive film in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的:观察复方雌三醇阴道生物黏附膜和保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将102例老年性阴道炎病患者随机分成2组,治疗组(52例)采用复方雌三醇阴道生物黏附膜治疗;对照组(50例)采用保妇康栓治疗。比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.31%,对照组有效率为88.00%,疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:复方雌三醇阴道生物黏附膜能有效治疗老年性阴道炎,并且具有缓释,不污染衣物等特点。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of compound estriol vaginal bioadhesive film and suppositoria Baofu kang in the treatment of senile vaginitis, METHODS 102 patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients of the test group were treated with compound estriol vaginal bioadhesive film while the control group of 51） patients were treated with suppositoria Baofukang. Then the efficacy of the two groups was compared. RESULTS The effective rate of in the treated group was 92. 31%, and the rate of the control group was 88. 00%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION The compound estriol vaginal bioadhesive film has good effect on the treatment of senile vaginitis. It has the characteristics of sustained-release and does not stain the clothes.
