变革型领导、情商对团队效能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 变革型领导、情商和团队效能一直是近年来国内外理论研究的热点问题之一,有关变革型领导和情商的研究有一些进展,但还缺乏将变革型领导和团队情商结合起来探讨其有效性及团队情商中介作用机制的实证性探索。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对208名来自企业团队成员的数据进行分析,研究结果表明变革型领导通过个人、团体、跨团队三个水平上的团队情商对团队效能有显著影响作用,高团队情商有助于团队效能的提升。
