摘要
炎症与肿瘤的发生、发展具有相关性,它们通过内源性及外源性两条通路相互联系。炎症调节因子和效应细胞是肿瘤组织局部微环境的重要组成,它们在炎症与肿瘤相互关系中起着重要作用。肿瘤微环境中的炎症有多种促肿瘤作用,可以促进恶性细胞的增殖和存活,促血管新生和转移,削弱机体的获得性免疫反应,改变机体对激素和化疗药物的反应。肿瘤相关性炎症的通路的揭示,可以为进一步改进肿瘤诊断和治疗提供新的靶分子。理想的靶向于肿瘤相关性炎症的药物可以转化促肿瘤炎症浸润,阻止炎症细胞移行到肿瘤灶,将促肿瘤微环境调整为抑制肿瘤的微环境,增强特异的获得性免疫反应,抑制肿瘤生长、存活和转移播散。
Inflammatory diseases are associated with the initiation and development of cancers.They are linked by intrinsic and extrinsic pathways.Inflammation regulating factors and effector cells are important components of microenvironment in tumor tissue,which have important role in the connection between the inflammation and tumor.Inflammation in the tumor microenvironment has many tumor promoting effects such as enhancing the proliferation and survival of tumor cells,increasing angiogenesis and metastasis,alleviating adaptive immune response,changing reactions to hormones and chemotherapeutic drugs.To reveal the pathway about tumor-related inflammation will give new targets which can improve the diagnosis and therapy.Anticipant drugs that target cancer-related inflammation could transform a tumor-promoting inflammatory infiltrate,prevent inflammatory cells from migrating to the tumor site,adjust a tumor-promoting microenvironment to become a tumor-inhibiting microenvironment,enhance tumor-specific adaptive immune responses and inhibit the tumor proliferation,survival and metastatic spread.
