摘要
吴茱萸碱是传统中药吴茱萸中的主要生物碱之一,除具有抗炎、降低血糖等作用外,还具有抗肿瘤活性。研究发现,吴茱萸碱一方面能抑制肿瘤细胞生长,引起细胞周期阻滞于G2/M期或G0/G1期,并改变细胞周期相关蛋白的表达;另一方面能通过多条信号通路,如依赖于caspase、凋亡诱导因子(AIF)或通过核因子κB(NF-κB)、P38 MAPK/ERK等通路诱导细胞凋亡、坏死,从而提高肿瘤细胞的死亡率。此外,吴茱萸碱还能在体外抑制肿瘤细胞合成血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)以及与血管生成相关的多种酶的活化,从而抑制血管生成,并且在体内体外抑制肿瘤细胞的浸润和转移。
Evodiamine is an alkaloid from the traditional Chinese medicine evodiae.It has not only anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory effects but also anti-cancer activity.According to published studies,evodiamine inhibits proliferation of cancer cells,induces cell cycle arrest at G_2/M or G_0/G_1,and alters expressions of cell cycle-related proteins.Evodiamine induces cell apoptosis and necrosis through several pathways,such as the caspase-dependent,AIF-mediated,nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)-related,or p38 MAPK/ERK pathways.Moreover,evodiamine inhibits in vitro angiogenesis through inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) synthesis and inactivating angiogenesis-related proteins.Therefore,evodiamine possesses anti-invasive and metastatic activities in vitro and in vivo.
