复方苦参注射液联合顺铂腹腔内注射治疗恶性腹腔积液90例

Treatment of malignant ascites with intraperitoneal injection of compound Kushen injection combined cisplatin in 90 patients

目的:评价腹腔注射复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效。方法:将90例恶性腹腔积液患者随机分为2组,每组各45例。两组均行腹腔穿刺置管闭式引流术,并于腹腔内注入顺铂。试验组同时加复方苦参注射液腹腔内注入。比较两组疗效、生活质量改善和不良反应。结果:试验组总有效率及治疗前后生活质量改善率均高于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合顺铂腹腔内注射治疗恶性腹腔积液比单用顺铂疗效更佳,提高患者生活质量效果更显著,不良反应轻微。

Objective： To investigate the effect of intraperitoneal injection of compound Kushen injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant ascites.Methods： Ninety patients who met the standards of malignant ascites were randomly divided into two groups（n=45 in each group）.They were treated with abdominal drainage and the intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin in combination with or without intraperitoneal compound Kushen injection.The efficiency,improvements in the quality of life,and adverse reactions in 2 groups were compared.Results： Compound Kushen injection combined with cisplatin significantly increased the effective rate（P0.01）,improved the quality of life（P0.01）,and decreased the adverse effects（P0.05） as compared with cisplatin alone.Conclusion： The intraperitoneal injection of compound Kushen injection combined with cisplatin is more effective in the treating malignant ascites and improving the quality of life than cisplatin alone,and its adverse reactions are mild.
