Pharmaceutical care in adverse reactions of gefitinib and gemcitabine in treating lung cancer

目的:临床药师通过参与肿瘤化疗患者的药物治疗(吉非替尼和吉西他滨)实践,为临床提供药学服务。方法:临床药师根据患者病情,与临床医师讨论并查阅相关文献。结果:根据患者的病例进行总结,为临床提供药学信息。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗实践,有利于临床药师积累临床和药学经验,为临床药师学习新药知识和药学监护奠定基础。

Objective： To provide pharmacy services for clinical through the practice of clinical pharmacists by participating in cancer chemotherapy with gefitinib（Iressa） and gemcitabine.Methods： Clinical pharmacists discussed the patient conditions with clinicians,and reviewed the literature.Results： According to summarization of clinical cases,clinical pharmacists provided their effective provision of pharmaceutical information for the medication.Conclusion： The clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice are conducive to the accumulation of clinical pharmacy and clinical experience for pharmaceutical care.
