摘要 对于近水平煤层矿井,一般主要大巷和工作面两巷都布置在煤层中,为解决工作面两巷与盘区大巷平面交叉后的通风和运输问题,必然要构筑风桥。对于大断面全煤盘区风桥的设计和施工,根据煤层条件,提出了煤层内布置风桥的设计方案,确定了锚网+锚索+工字钢对棚+注浆+浇注混凝土综合支护的风桥新型支护方法,为类似条件下的矿井提供了一种大断面全煤盘区风桥设计和施工的新方法。 In the coal mine with flat seams,the mine roadway and the two mining gateways generally would be placed in the seams.In order to solve the ventilation and transportation problems when the two mining gateways and the mine roadway in the mining block were in level crossing,it was necessary to build an air crossing.As for the design and construction of the large cross section full seam air crossing in the mining block,according to the seam conditions,a design plan of the air crossing in placed in the seam was provided and a new support method of the air crossing with the comprehensive steel mesh + anchor+H type steel shield+grouting+pouring concrete support was determined,which could provide the new method of the design and construction for the large cross section full seam air crossing in the mining block with a similar conditions.
