再论中国共产党的政治包容性

中国共产党是工人阶级的政党,同时又是执政党。从现代政党政治的本质内容、中国政党制度的特殊规定、执政党执政规律的内在要求和中国共产党的实践等方面考察,坚持党的政治阶级性是维护中国共产党领导权的需要;扩大党的政治包容性又是维护中国共产党执政权的需要,二者统一于中国共产党领导和执政的整个实践之中。坚持阶级性,扩大包容性,不因包容性否定阶级性,也不因阶级性而排斥包容性,刚柔相济,固本包容,是对中国共产党的领导和执政能力的一个重大考验。

The Chinese Communist Party is a political party of the working class, and it is the ruling party at the same time. From the essence of modern party politics, the specific stipulation of China＇s political -party system, the inherent demand of the ruling party and the Chinese Communist Party＇s practice, it is clear that sticking to the class character of the CPC is a must to insure its leadership, and that expanding its political tolerance is a must to maintain the party＇s administrative function. The combination of the two exists in the entire practice of CPC＇s leadership and administration. Whether the CPC is able to adhere to its class nature without rejecting its political tolerance and to expand its political tolerance without denying its political nature is a crucial test of its ability in leadership and administration.
